- Full external elevations in PDF format
- House dimensions, room sizes, ceiling heights and total house area calculations are provided and noted on the plans
- CAD drawings. These DWG files we provide are the blueprint of the home. These enable easy and quick adjustments to the design where needed.
- A construction specification. These are useful for helping to gain more accurate quotations to build when supplied to the builder along with your plans.
- All our designs and the building specification are fully adjustable. You may wish to make personal changes to the design or inclusions in the home. You may need to adjust the design to meet any local government authority conditions or special requirements pertaining to building on your land. We provide full CAD files along with the purchase of your plans allowing you to modify all aspects of the design with your local builder easily, quickly and at minimal cost to you.
